Audition notification

Luckily we got some very enthusiastic responses from the year twelve drama students and so I comprised this email and Helena found the names of those that responded and sent them all this e-mail...





So hopefully a few will turn up and we will have our final actors by next week to start filming asap.

Today in media Helena and I wrote a formal shot list for Nat to use to draw the storyboard. The two of us took half of the storyboard each to write in the descriptions for each shot and so hopefully will have it completed by next week. Jack's now in charge of questionnaire results and data so just a note to him; people have responded to the questionnaire of my facebook so feel free to include my results to draw up a conclusion.

Initial Questionnaire on SurveyMonkey

A short while ago, Helena and I created a questionnaire which helped us choose the genre of the teaser trailer for the project. This is the first questionnaire and the purpose of it is to help us narrow down our research for more specific codes and conventions of the genre we finally chose.

If you are willing to be involved in our research then please click here. The questionnaire has been uploading to SurveyMonkey which we have chosen to use because it is easy to create and easy to edit our questionnaire, all of our responses are collected in one place and it will provide us with detailed statistics about the choices you, the audience, have provided! All information gathered is confidential and will not be shared under the Data Protection Act 1998, see Part 1.2.

Since I'm gone

Hey guys as I'm not here I thought I would put some suggestions for our questionnaire.

• How long do you expect a teaser trailer to be?
• What is the difference between a teaser and a full length trailer?
• What do you expect to find out in a teaser trailer?
• Are there any teaser trailers that you have seen that stood out to you/you remembered?

I thought I'd contribute seeing as I'm not here and I thought this could get you started.
